Glimpses of an amazing September 1st.
We start our day at Drumroasters cafe with perfect Flat Whites and lovely scones (I Bought a hat, as shown in the first picture).
We take the drive up island to Ladysmith to visit with Josee and Vic at their amazing pottery studio and gallery on their sprawling property nestled into the trees.
During our visit, we take a short drive to an old growth forest overlooking the Stuart Channel that opens out to the Strait of Georgia.
